Jon I just discovered your channel. Great flying and video work. It's nice when people put time and effort into their videos. You have top level flying skills for sure, we can all learn from you. Just a friendly suggestion, maybe consider zooming out from time to time, it give a nice feeling of the speed and just a break from the constant zoom in.

Just curious, do you use a flight simulator for practice or did you just wreck hundreds of planes to get to where you are in your flight abilities? I’m asking because I’m just getting back into the hobby after flying nitro as a kid in the 80’s and 90’s when everything was a balsa build and our main objective was to get the plane down in one piece. Great flying my friend! If you do use a simulator, which one is it and do you know if there are any good ones for Mac?

I see you have lights on it. I put the lights from the Cessna on mine. Is that the ones you used? I haven't tried my floats yet. I think I have the wrong hardware kit actually.

My dream plane but here in the UK it will set you back over £700 to get one of these in the air with just 1 battery so for me it will remain just a dream.

Brother Jon look here man. I am amazed on how this BEAST just performs dude. Dam that was amazing and by the way dude you are an awesome Pilot Sir. Thanks so much for sharing buddy. I wish you lived in Florida around the Gainesville area man bcus I need a great pilot to teach this newbie pilot how to fly fixed wings planes. I have an electric one and a nitro gas powered one. Thanks again for sharing. You got yourself a new subbed here buddy. I would appreciate support if possible. Thanks for all you do and please keep flying,

I noticed you said you’re running a 6S 40000
Have you tried a 6S 6000? I was just wondering if you would get more flight time or do you think it would be too heavy I’m wanting to get this plane and put the bigger motor in ESC in it but I wanted to run a 6000 in mine to at least get 8 min what is your opinion on that?

Jon;
Are u using the power 46 OR the power 60 in this bird? (Looking at getting a power to use in my 10cc ultra stick arf, but cant make up MY mind on size🤷).

Thanks! 👍

I may save my BL50 (10cc Ultra stick ARF) & order a Power 60.😁

Carbon Cub or HSD Cessna 180…? Forgetting about floats or skis, purely comparing grass field flying…!

I'm shocked you never thought of calling your channel"Don't Stall It R/C" 😂😂
Fantastic job with all of the flights on your Ole Faithful👍👍

I just got my cub like this and it’s a little underpowered for hovering. Is it because you have the power 60 in there? Did you have to change the esc? Or just the stock one?

Love your your aggressive flight and I have the same plane without floats. Not as good as you though, but it's a blast to fly! I'm wondering how you installed your lighting system because I'd like to do the same. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Jon, wanted to ask are you using the stock prop adapter with the Power 60? I have a bolt on adapter that I wanted to use but I will have to make a plate to move out the motor 3/8” to clear the cowl. But I see it clears fine with the stock adapter without the custom plate. Just don’t want the prop flying off.

Im looking into getting my first RC scale plane, i know how the controls work but with this particular cub being huge, is it a great Starter??? I want a bush plane

How do you get your flat spins so flat. I think I have my cub too nose heavy for that. Is your battery pushed back farther?
