Parmesan Crusted steak with 🤠 smoked cowboy butter on the @napoleon kettle grill. One of my top favorite steaks 😍

Crust ingredients:
50 g / 1.75 oz dried Parmesan cheese
20 g / 0.70 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 white onion
2 tablespoons beef seasoning (available in our shop)

Cowboy butter ingredients:
250 g / 8.8 oz butter
20 g / 0.70 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons beef seasoning
1 tablespoon chili flakes
Juice of ½ lime
