India is No.4 because of a lot of things other than numbers .
1. India has the best mountain warfare fighting army in the world. It regularly trains the UK, US troops in its High Altitude Mountain Warfare School in the Himalayas.
2. India has fought 5 wars since Independence against Pakistan and China and continuously conducts anti insurgency operations so it's fighting fit with great mountain and counter insurgency experience
3. India has some of the greatest warrior races such as Sikhs, Rajputs, Marathas, Gorkhas, Nagas, Garhwali etc

This guy is the symbol of a typical British mindset whose thinking is the same as him. He probably didn't know India was one of the richest countries on this planet until the British came and looted it. So, when a British person says something about the poverty of INDIA, my blood literally boils. This man knew nothing British Raj of INDIA and how it took out more than $ 45 Trillion from INDIA.
Whenever these people see INDIA doing something great, they mock INDIA with jealousy because it fills their hearts with British Media like BBC. Recently, INDIA became the first country to reach the South pole of the moon, and similar thoughts came out from the Britishers because they could not digest the success of INDIA.
And this guy is literally illiterate about INDIA and how India has achieved so much in just 75+ years of its Independence from the British.
Dude, apart from poverty you should get some other knowledge about India. India has passed the UK in nominal GDP and became the 5th largest economy in the world. India will regain its lost glory but can't say about the UK because looted wealth won't last long.
