I wish that you would have put the motor on the other side or on the front fork. Was it a 21 speed? Try a single speed rear wheel on the front fork and pedal home when you run out of juice. Or go bicycling really far and zoom home with 🔋 power. What do you think 🤔 😏?Very impressive!!!!

You could get a lot more performance from that thing with a bigger gear spread (i.e put a larger gear on the wheel). From motor to wheel it looks like the gearing is basically 1:1 so you're not benefitting from any torque multiplication.

It is very well thought out and done. Congratulations. I have only one small suggestion: mount the gearbox and the original chain.
When you no longer have battery power, use the bike by changing the pedal sheets.
