Hoarder Tenant ORDERED by COURT to VACATE Immediately!!!

Well, have I got a crazy one for you today. The owner of this property has just been granted the right to remove everything, inside and out, by a court, as the tenant has refused to remove all the junk after a lengthy legal process. Originally, the homeowner and the tenant were friends, but after this little episode, I would say that they are no longer friends! With the bank threatening to repossess
the house, the owners, were desperate to have this place fixed up and ready to go on sale. That where we come in. All up, we spent around 14 hours on this job, including 9 trips to the landfill and tip shop. This is episode 1 of 3.

A: I have never even seen a snake in over 5 years on the job.

Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of bins?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!

Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️

Q: What types of ladders do you use?
A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19. They are both adjustable.

Q: Who/what is Jim's Mowing?
A: Jim's Mowing is a franchise business. The Jim's Group is the biggest home services franchise in Australia.

Q: Why do you have 2 channels that seem to be the same?

Such a terrible shame! That could & should be a lovely home, well-tended and cared for, clean & tidy. Mental issues truly destroy everything: people, property, relationships. Sigh. Off to a great start! At least there are items that can be sold not just junk. I do hope this man doesn't lose his property, sad story, but never do business with friends or family always ends terribly!!! Just hope you can get some green to grow quickly.
