ENGINEER PASS AND CINNAMON PASS VIA THE ALPINE LOOP FROM SILVERTON TO LAKE CITY, COLORADO

In part 2 of our sxs trip we camp on BLM land outside Silverton Colorado and ride our UTVs to Lake City and back via the Alpine Loop with stops at Engineer Pass and Cinnamon Pass. We also explore the old Mayflower Gold Mine.

Love the San Juan Mountains. Yup you start out at the bottom at 70 degrees and at top weve seen the 30s or colder. How did the Teryx do? Thinking bout gettin one. Next time your near silverton check out Handlebars.

Nice video. Ridden those trails a couple of times, going back this summer. How do you like the bed cover you’re using on the General? Would one be able to have access to a cooler with the flap open or do you need to take the whole cover off for easy access? Really asking if I can open my cooler lid without having to unstrap it and pull it out onto the tailgate. Hope that makes sense.

Man up and do it on a motorcycle and then an old FJ40 without power steering; then when you have finished do it over again at Holy Cross City.
