As an Argentinian I approve this dishes

Sweet: Medialunas (may be with butter and jam), panqueque de dulce de leche (milk jam crepe) Alfajores (Havanna or Cachafaz) in their main different types (chococolate, dulce de leche).
Snacks: "sandwich de miga" in some of the main types of this sandwich made with very thin bread (white or brown): ham and cheese, ham and egg, ham and tomato, ham and lettuce, ham and pineapple.
Pizza: in both types "molde"=high soft but crunchy dough, and "a la piedra"=thin crispy dough (more like the italian pizza).
Fugazzetta or fugazzetta rellena (filled): a special argentine pizza with lots of onions, cheese and ham.

Well inside the concept of "asado" there are a lot of varieties. I personally like " cordero" (lamb). From the patagonia.

You can try some pizza at "El Cuartito", located in the city center of Buenos Aires. And, if you plan to travel to the province of Salta, the "chivito a las brasas" is unbeatable. Desert: "cayote en fibra con quesillo". Also, a lot of other fantastic meals.

Well... I didn't watch all your videos so I'm guessing you've all ready tried but if you don't... Two desserts you'll like: "Flan con dulce de leche" or "Arroz con leche" (Rice with milk)...

milanesa con papas fritas in any "Bodegon"..a must. Pizza in Av Corrientes another must. Way better than Italian.

You have to try matambre a la pizza, my favorite ever, and the pastas are good to in Buenos Aires, I personally like the sorrentinos.

Approved. U guys should try "Chocotorta" too, you will mostly do it by yourselves but believe me that is INCREDIBLE. Basically it is a pile of choco cookies with dulce de leche and some other things.
