If you want you can very easily edit the code and remove the sandstorm so you can keep playing. There is a topic on the Steam discussion board on how to disable it. Maybe check the discussion, disable storm, and play for several days so you get a better feel for the game. Detailed info is on the second page of the discussion page.

The drill is an ultrasonic drill so not so different from a dentist's drill. In fact, NASA's USDC (ultrasonic driller and corer) was based on dental technology.

Hopefully they don’t abandon this game it looks like it has potential and definitely looks like it will be a ton of fun. I’m hoping this game will have multiplayer. If it has multiplayer frequent updates and decent communication with the player base. This could be one of the best space games. I’d be happy to play up to $60 for a game that is done well. And hopefully it doesn’t end up like Osiris it kinda sucks what happened to that game

Afternoon Sir,
1. Water has its own power, all power does is allow to pump at night.
2. 3. Start those darn potatoes early :)
3. you can turn the valves on the oxygen gen only when off, i recommend 2 turns left hand side and one in cabinet and then turn both valves up. ot requires more power but produces better. but it will never fill base
4. sandstorm is the end of the demo and never ends

the demo is now longer and you were missing the oxygen generator you add to the well that collects water and then a hose to the hab

the demo now starts you off with O2 gen you just need to hookup and power!

I've had this on my wish list since 2/2018 ! Never heard anything about a demo. I found it on steam and it says the demo is July 2020 ?? Oh well...at least it looks close for the game. Stoked !!

Water would be easy to find on Mars - if you didn't mind melting and purifying it. A good chunk of the surface is permafrost.
