F-Zero GX - Lightning (Remix)

Oh hi, I've had this done since August but It was on my laptop instead of my studio computer so it got thrown into a folder and I completely forgot about it! Shame on me.

Anyway, If you like racing games (or main Cap Falcon in Smash) and haven't played or watched this yet what's wrong with you? Go right now and feast your eyeballs on 2003 arcade-y goodness. The fact that Nintendo haven't released this yet as an HD e-shop download is a CRIME.

This track is also called Osc-Sync Carnival and if you know anything about synthesizers then the reason why is obvious. (Oscillator sync is a feature of synths that allows you to move quickly through the harmonics of a certain note and it gives it a laser beam-y sort of sound which is featured prominently in both this track and the original 8D )

Absolutely love this. Kinda wish it had the final lap mix, but oh well, the original theme doesn't have the best final lap mix compared to some of the other original songs (for example Feel Our Pain/Fire Field)
Still feels almost wrong without it, but it's still an amazing remix!

Yo Lily, I really dig this track and most of the soundtrack from GX. Great soundtrack overall. Y'know that one song in JoJo part 2 where there was no instrumental version of and you made one, I think it was called "I'm in control". I loved how you made that version when there was seemingly no official version without vocals. Great cover, BTW. Could I ask that you recreate one song from F-zero GX's soundtrack, it's not even in the official soundtrack. It's called "High Stakes in Mute City".
