Clinical Practice for Online Phlebotomy Technician Classes

At E & S Academy, we offer online Phlebotomy Technician classes. The Online Phlebotomy Technician course is a hybrid course that incorporates an understanding of Phlebotomy. Once students complete the online portion of the course, they are required to do one week of clinical practice that prepares them for a career of Phlebotomy. This includes fingerstick, blood draws, career preparation, and resume assistance. It's a comprehensive experience.

She messed up both things. You are supposed to swab the injection sight once and then in an outward circular motion, never over-lapping. Then she palpated with her thumb which is never supposed to be used

Her veins are hard to find because they are small she needs a hot pack to make her vein pop up
