Pace Gallery, an international “mega-gallery” with nine locations worldwide, opened an 8-story modern building in Chelsea about 5 years ago, reflecting its ambition to innovate beyond traditional norms.
The gallery continues to cater to the public's strong desire for personal interactions and community. It offers a Library with an art book collection, accessible by appointments for students, scholars, artists, and others, while stunning views are offered from the rooftop garden.
During my July visit, stepping into teamLab’s “The World of Irreversible Change” at Pace Gallery felt like entering a different universe. It is fascinating to observe, through their works, how the evolving times and technological innovations can reshape the boundaries of art.
