How to reset a Viessmann boiler

I, ve been scratching my head all day trying to figure out why I've topped up but we have no heating or water. Just reset boiler and everything fired straight away

Thank you very much! This video helped me NOT pay a plumber a stack of cash to do something so simple & easy. I was afraid I would need to open the unit and because I'm not qualified to do so, is where a plumber would be called in (not wanting to do more damage). But also had an F2 fault and not sure if resetting would work, but it has worked.
