Orton was staring directly at Cody's WWE title. If I have to choose between trusting a report from a goof who's always wrong, or looking at the evidence WWE outright presents, I'm gonna pick WWE. It makes more sense to me that Roman returns at MITB to cost Solo whatever match he has against Cody, going for the title, 6 man, etc, and then Roman is wrestling Solo at SummerSlam.
