Guys i had the same problem a min ago. Just hold down the power button for 15 secs. Lets it shut down. Then, hold both Window's and B keys on ur keyboard while pressing the power button. Its gonna switch to ur BIOS. Sometimes u just gotta switch it off and give it a rest. Gimme a reply if it did/didn't work.

Hold the power button for 15 seconds. After this only my pc got started. Problem came because I never shut down my pc. It is always on.
