I think we've all been in those positions on both sides--recipients and donors. They don't have to be big, just kind. I was walking my dog around the neighborhood for the first time when we neared a neighbor I didn't know. The neighbor was using a gas powered leaf blower, which is very loud, and I had no choice but to walk my puppy past him. As soon as he saw me and the dog, he stopped the leaf blower immediately until we passed. It was such a kind thing to do. Kudos to you, MsMojo, for doing this kindness for us! Keep up the good work. 👍

Living in Montana things like this occur all of the time, but once you experience the goodness of people in your very darkest hour... it really gets to you.
Years ago, in the August heat I ran out of gas at the light next to the station. I was 8 months pregnant. This gentleman stopped, helped me get my car to the shoulder, bought 5 gals of fuel and a cold water. He refused to let me pay him. Told me it was his duty to help.

I was moved to tears watching this video and it reminded me of an act of kindness I did, which brought me a great gift. I was on my way to work when I spotted a wallet on the ground. It had credit cards, transport card, a student card and a drivers license. It was too late to go to the police station as I was due to open my preschool so o decided to safe keep it and bring it straight to a police station after work. When I lodged it, I found out out that the owner had come in three hours earlier to report it lost and the officer said he’ll contact the owner and give it back to him. To say I was so happy was an understatement. It may not seem like a huge deal but I felt such exhilaration and excitement that he will get his wallet back. That was my gift in return…kindness does matter…

I have seizures and was at a grocery store and had one in one of the store if it was not for one of the customers at the deli I would have fallen on my head I never found out who he was but thank God for him

This past summer my husband and 2 toddlers and I were trying to travel to see family. Our flight kept on getting delayed and delayed and then finally they cancelled it all together. The kids were getting super upset because we had been there for so long at the airport but I had to go get in line to get our flight situated and it was a terrible long line. There were times my husband couldn’t handle the kids and the ladies behind me said they would keep my spot for me throughout the whole thing when I had to leave every once in a while to help with the kids. It was super nice

The next day was my daughters first day of school at new schools in a new town. I was on an antibiotic and hadn’t eaten because we had so many errands to get done for the next day. I felt super dizzy and went near the fitting rooms to sit down. I found a woman who worked there and told her i was feeling dizzy. She held onto me as I completely passed out cold. She helped my daughters call their grandma to come get them. I got an ambulance ride to the hospital and was treated for dehydration.

Last Saturday after kidney dialysis I was walking home and was struggling out of breath so I leaned up against a fence to get my breath back when a man asked if I needed a lift It was a selfless gift and I wish I could thank him but it goes to show there a some great people out there
