Ffs. I swear. Everything needs to be spelled out for people, just like Novas dr on her 1. This isnt a bug. Its a power upgrade when you forma vauban prime 100 times. All frames get these. Since i mentioned nova, nova primes slow cap on her 4 gets an additional 5% after 100 forma. How long have you been playing this game again?
