I did hear from somewhere that Leatherman can cancel orders for their Garage series releases if the buyer has a traceable history of buying just to resale at an exaggerated price. If this is true, THANK YOU LEATHERMAN and any other manufacturer/maker that can do this! I truly hope you get your issues with Leatherman resolved, and thanks for the videos!

I'm fed up with getting an email that something is back in stock and it being sold out by the time check it out less than an hour later. I refuse to buy from scalpers and Leatherman won't be getting my money anymore until they can have a reliable stock on hand.

I wonder what is going on at Leatherman. They haven’t been going to trade shows, haven’t produced new tools and aren’t in very many brick and mortar stores.

I would not buy a Leatherman. To me Gerbers are less clumsy and their customer service is awesome.

It sounds more likely their website wasn't working properly (possibly down to black Friday and an underpowered web server) and they're just making excuses .

Why would you even want to continue to buy from Leatherman directly after that? You would be paying full retail price from them and there must e countless vendors of Leatherman in the USA that would be more than happy to deal with you and offer you a discount price.

I called Leatherman yesterday because I purchased the Juice XE6 on 10\23 and wanted to see if they would honor the price difference since I bought it at full price and now it's 50% off 30 days later. They told me that they don't do that but I could ship the one I purchased back and buy it again at the discounted price and get the refund. I ended up buying both Juice models and the CS4 I'm gifting to someone, but I've NEVER heard of the situation you experienced. Sounds a little sus to me especially if you used a different account to make a purchase. Might have to go to a retail store like Lowe's if they have they model you're looking for.

I've banned myself from buying Leathermans. One of my Crunch's handle broke (while mending my motorcycle after a fall) and while the local distributor hasn't answer my email, Leatherman did eventually gratified me with an answer but just to let me know that they will not sell me a replacement handle. So hello SOG/Gerber/etc.

🤔 well, that definitely rates a 9.0 on the weird-$h1t-o’meter!
I’ve never heard of that happening like that even WITH an alert.
Alerts like that are usually on a card, not an individual, but they seem to have it on your Leatherman data in their system. 🤷🏻‍♂️

What a let down with customer service from the original multitool company. See if the wife would open an account for you and see what happens.

I saw this and thought at first a joke. I think you should ask for a supervisor. To ban you is over multiple orders makes no sense.
