As Rev and his friends prepare for the Gear Up Grand Prix, Lori is surprised that Rev thinks she has a chance of winning. She and Tipper haven’t even finished the race before! But they still manage to have fun every year. At the starting line, the cars rev their engines before tearing off! Along the race course, each one of Lori’s friends runs into a problem and must drop out. Each and every time, Lori stops to see if she can help and but is always reminded she’s in the race and should “go-go-go!” Lori and Tipper forge onward and before long, they find themselves in the lead. Maybe slow and steady CAN win the race!

The town of Fender Bend is putting on its first ever Chinese New Year celebration! The gang has decided to reenact the story of Nian and perform in a play for the whole town to enjoy. With only one day to practice, the friends quickly cast Rumble as the monster, which is the biggest role in the whole show! He’s a natural. But when Rumble lets out a roar so big and loud it even spooks his friends, he suddenly regrets taking the part. Rumble doesn’t like being scary! He worries about upsetting the kids in the audience. Rev explains that it’s only pretend, but Rumble isn’t so sure… With the curtains opening soon, the gang will have to find a way to help Rumble find his roar.
