I live in Vail, Arizona. The Vail family history is quite interesting, going back to Empire Ranch in the 1870s. Glad to have found this video.

My Dad was a cowboy out on Santa Rosa in the 50s. It was a sheep and cattle ranch. He said they ate mutton every day. Swore he'd never eat sheep ever again. One of the first meals my Mom cooked was lamb chops. He ate it and told my Mom gently to never cook him lamb ever again. When we wanted lamb chops, my Mom also cooked pork chops for my Dad. He was out there for a couple years.
