The hollow grind is probably the trickiest, because you use a round stone to do it.

Think again about that chisel grind, they're definitely not half the thickness of a double edge. If anything they're often thicker and more obtuse than many other comparable grinds

The second knife, in black tanto-like blade, I think is only for left handed person for having a one sided chisel grind cutting edge at the left side only.
