The bravest thing Ron did was to go back with Hermione and Harry after leaving them in their Horcrux hunt. Like Albus said "it takes whole lot of bravery to face one's enemies but a whole lot more to face our friends".
Ron accepted his mistake and that takes a lot of effort.
And to me the bravest thing Hermione did was to save Harry from Nagini.

Ron sacrificed himself in the chess first year, Ron jumped in the freezing lake to save Harry and retain the gryffindor sword, killing the horcrux with sword, went to chamber of secrets to get basilisk fang with Hermoine. Etc....

Breaking into Gringotts Bank was brave considering how secure it was, especially with the dragon, and the trio having to rely on Griphook to help them. Also Ron protecting Harry from a wizard accused of murder while standing on a broken leg.

Harry:-

1) Venturing alone in the Chamber of Secrets and Fighting the Basilisk and eventually killing it.

2) Facing Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest and Battling / Defeating the Dark Lord in the Final Battle.

3) Searching and Destroying the Ravenclaw Diadem and escaping a Blazing Fiendfyre, and also saving Malfoy in the process.

4) Participating in Each Task of the Tri-Wizard Tournament and Eventually emerging Victorious.

5) Bravely facing Voldemort and his minions in the Graveyard and managing to escape safely along with Cedric's Corpse.

6) Forming the Dumbledore's Army in his 5th year and right under Umbridge's Nose.

7) Willingly letting go of Ginny b4 going on the Horcrux hunt.

8) Never Succumbing to the Dark Forces and Never giving in to Voldemort's ideology. Even when the Stakes were high, Harry firmly held his Morals.

9) In the Half-blood prince, bravely fought against Snape (1 vs 1) and willingly exposed himself to shield his fellow DA mates from the Death Eaters' attacks.

10) Infiltrated Gringotts and escaped with Ron and Hermione on a deadly Dragon.

11) Infiltrated the Ministry of Magic and managed to escape the likes of Yaxley and also Stun Umbridge while escaping.

12) Playing as a Team Seeker for whole Consecutive 6 years and never giving up his position despite Mishaps and Injuries.

13) In the HBP, inside Myrtle's Bathroom, Harry Bravely battled and Defeated a Ruthless Malfoy who was incessantly hurling Unforgivable Curses.

14) In the Chamber of Secrets, Harry along with Ron visited Aragog and managed to escape from his Children.

15) In the OOTP, both Harry and Hermione managed to survive a Centaur Ambush.

16) Battle of the 7 Potters: Harry was able to Subdue several Death Eaters b4 revealing himself to be the "True Harry", in order to protect his fellow Order members.

17) In Prisoner of Azkaban: Harry was brave enough to battle literally 100 Dementors and save both Sirius and himself.

18) In the 3rd Book/Film, Harry was also the first Student to tame Buckbeak and gain his respect and He was also the only student to successfully fly him.

19) In the OOTP, Harry bravely fought off 2 Dementors and managed to save himself and his Cousin, at the cost of a near expulsion.

20) Despite being Undesirable No.01, Harry still managed to infiltrate Hogwarts and wrest control from the Death Eater teachers. He also inspired the Hogwarts Staff and Students alike into fighting against Voldemort's forces.

21) In his 5th year, Harry bravely infiltrated the Dept of Mysteries, fought against the Death Eaters and even briefly Battled Voldemort. When Voldemort possessed Harry, Harry was strong enough to fight and resist his influence.

22) In the Book-1, Harry bravely fought Voldemort and destroyed him. Earlier In the forbidden forest, during Detention, despite being incapacitated with searing pain, Harry still stood his ground against Voldemort.

23) Harry bravely wrestled with the Troll and bought time for Ron, thus allowing him to knock-out the Troll.

24) When Harry was Villified by the Daily Prophet, in his 5th year, he refused to crack or give in and instead he Bravely faced the situation and persevered till the end.

Hermione:-

1) Wiping her Parents' memories and sending them off to a Safe Location, so as to protect them.

2) Despite being the most "At Risk", due to her Muggle-born Status, Hermione still chose to accompany Harry for the Horcrux hunt.

3) Hermione was brave enough to never give in to the Slytherin Locket's Dark Powers and hence was able to hold the group together. But Ron and Harry were badly affected, with Harry suffering from depression and Ron abandoning them altogether.

4) In the Lovegood House, during the Death Eater Ambush, Hermione perfectly executes an escape plan wherein the Death Eaters are able to get a glimpse of Harry (thereby saving Luna and her dad) and Ron is able to hide underneath the Invisibility Cloak and thus his alibi of being ill with Spattergoit remained protected.

5) In the OOTP, Hermione bravely lied to Umbridge and created a clever ruse of a Powerful Weapon hidden in the Forest. This enabled them to isolate Umbridge and she was ultimately carried away by the Centaurs.

6) In Hagrid's absence, Hermione was bravely able to deal with Hagrid's semi-civilized Giant brother Grawp. In the 5th film when Grawp snatches Hermione off the ground, she scolds Grawp her "mom voice" and makes him gently place her back on the Ground.

7) In the Deathly Hallows:- Hermione and Ron, along with Harry, battle Malfoy and his Cronies (in the ROR) and escape the Fiendfyre Inferno on Brooms (despite Hermione's fear of Flying).

8) Hermione bravely destroys the Helga-Hufflepuff Cup and erases Voldemort's Horcrux.

9) In the chamber of secrets, Hermione bravely tries to expose the Basilisk and nearly ends up getting Petrified.

10) In the Chamber of Secrets, Hermione bravely brews the Polyjuice Potion and she is able to achieve the Perfect brew despite the obvious Constraints.

11) Despite all the abuse / torment she receives at the hands of Draco Malfoy, Hermione always bravely stood her ground and even hit back in equal measure whenever required. She never let anyone bully her.

12) In the Prisoner of Azkaban, Hermione reported Harry's Firebolt to McGonagall for inspection and in the process nearly ruined her (Hermione's) friendship with Harry.

13) In the Goblet of Fire, Hermione was brave enough to accept Viktor Krum as her date for the Yule Ball ans despite all the taunts by both Malfoy and Ron, Hermione was the literal Showstopper. In fact she was so perfect that even Malfoy had no insult to throw at her.

14) In the Deathly Hallows:- Hermione bravely faced Bellatrix and suffered a Brutal Torture that nearly killed her. Despite everything she suffered, Hermione never Cracked or ever gave up on Harry.

15) Despite her ordeal at the Malfoy manor, Hermione nevertheless bravely disguised herself as Bellatrix and entered the Gringotts. While escaping, she herself came up with the Plan of escaping by riding the Dragon.

16) In the Final Battle, Hermione bravely fought against Bellatrix and witnessed Molly Weasley finally kill her for good. Hermione also managed to defeat Greyback and Throw him off Lavender but was unable to save her.

17) Hermione participated in the Battle of Dept of Mysteries, where she was incapacitated by a Death Eater's Curse.

18) In her 5th year, Hermione was the only other student (apart from Harry) who was brave enough to openly Challenge Umbridge and she also ultimatly convinced Harry into doing an interview with Rita-Skeeter and an interview with Quibbler (via Luna).

19) In her 4th year, Hermione was brave enough to bear all the Negative Press and Criticism that came her way, thanks to Rita Skeeter's News articles. Even when Molly Weasley coldly treated her, Hermione still never held anything against her or Ron.

20) When Harry was declared / Chosen as the 4th Tri-wizard Champion, he was unanimously villified and denounced by the entire Student-body alike. Hermione was only one who supported him and bravely stood by him at all times.

21) Despite Obvious Threats to her own Life, Hermione was always loyal and Fiercely protective of Harry. Defending him at every given moment.

No, I think for Ron and Hermione it was going to the ministry in OOTP to fight. Wiping her parents' memories is not brave, it's a decision, it does mental strength, not bravery. As for Ron, I know going to see aragog was frightening, but going to the ministry was braver.
