I was gifted my first experience from a good friend.He told me nothing about it and asked me just to trust him. I had ZERO preconceptions going in ….. Afterwards I was completely blown away and starting looking up info about DMT . I was then even more shocked to see that others felt and saw the same amazing things that I just did . when i took enough shrooms(about 4 grams) mixed with lemon juice, i saw this singular being. I was in a flat barren like wasteland. The sky was made of colors i can't put into words. There was this being who was 99% transparent, and he was extremely surprised i could not only see him, but i could understand and communicate with him. He projected his feelings to me and my consciousness kinda translated it into words i could understand. he told me since i had made it to him, i was given an option to turn around and see the light behind me. I slightly turned my head and felt the heat from this sun like brightness that was radiating from behind me. Something told me if i looked at it i wouldn't beable to go back to my body. I told the almost-invisible being that i still had people who needed me on earth, and that i wasn't ready to give up the game.
He told me he understood and that even if i rejoined the light, everyone would be just fine. It told me when it's my true time, he will be waiting for my honest answer.

This trip was about 6 years ago.

There's a few here in Michigan universities thinking dmt may be a neurotransmitter responsible for building matter/reality. At least the one we experience everyday. Still isn't proven but its a juicy thought experiment!

Have either of these actually done DMT? I find it funny how people can have an opinion on something so amazing and special as DMT without ever trying it. Second hand information and what you read/hear is NOTHING like what DMT shows you. It. Is. Alien. Unexplainable.

Back in the 90s our group of friends would drop acid or eat mushrooms and of course MDMA. We would simultaneously hallucinate the same things. For instance I looked at someone and knew they saw glasses on my face but I wasn't however I knew exactly what they saw. There was a lot of the same hallucinations. After everyone went home we still hallucinated the same visions then ! How crazy is that and you can't deny that at some point we are a conscious mind speaking the same language from one brain if you will. I've known this longer than some of these people have been alive, experiencing similar experiences many many years ago. Drop acid not bombs. Love one another because life is too beautiful to be jaded.

I find it really difficult listening to anyone discussing DMT who has never smoked it before.Its the most insane thing I've ever experienced and I have trouble describing it so how can people who have no clue discuss it?It would be rad to see them right after they smoke DMT actually.

Imo, psychedelics enhance and change our senses beyond their primitive survival mode which allows us to see what's behind the curtain of our perceptible universe, instead of taking us to a location. Who really knows how much is hidden to us by our senses. Dark matter, who can truly know that these entities aren't of that. Idk. It's nice to imagine. The universe is such a mystery!

The first and only time I tried DMT I without question make contact with an entity. With multiple entities. In particular I remember a dancing snake-like or spider-like entity with female energy or at least that’s what I felt and even though I would normally be terrified of anything like this, I was at total peace even though there weren’t words I knew everything was going to be okay.

Still the greatest experience of my life.

I don’t agree “machine elves” are a construct of projecting other ppls ideas. The only entity I heard of was a Jaguar when I first took DMT and I saw machine elves, that were telepathic, basically at a house party in space. With music I could not only hear but feel. And they were dancing and criticizing my thoughts and kinda laughing at my first impression of them. My first thot, which they read instantly was something like, “wow this is so cool, I can’t believe I’m hallucinating all these cool things to entertain me” and they were several responses basically like “this is his first rodeo” like they were doing that long befor I got there, but it was more ideas communicated than exact words. And then as soon as I was looking around and getting comftorable, the whole floor tilted sideways, like gravity was shifting, and I started freaking out kinda but the music got so loud I couldn’t really hear them vis versa, and then a female, no kidding robotic elf (couldn’t tell if it was mechanical or biological so likely was a mix), started dancing right in front of my face. I opened my eyes after that and was bacc in my living room. Instantly regretted doing that and closed them hoping to go bacc, but the experience was basically over and I was trying to remember it all as my friend was asking for details but just explaining it was making me forget it, I just wanted to sit there and think about what just happend. Never had anything close to that ever again
