The real reason why we celebrate Columbus Day was not because of the discovery of the “new world” it was because of the lynchings of southern Italians.

There's no such thing as indigenous people. We all came from somewhere else.

Indigenous means "naturally occurring in a place or region . " Red Indians crossed the Bering land bridge . Therefore Red Indians are NOT indigenous, THEY ARE ASIAN .

Human Beings all of us, are indigenous to Africa, not the Americas.

All of us in the Americas are migrants to the Americas.

Thus, "Indigenous Peoples Day" is a bogus, unscientific political effort to pander to early migrants for political reasons.

Columbus Day celebrates one of the seminal events in world history, the beginning of the Columbian Exchange in which new human migration and biological migration between the European-Asian continent and the Americas exploded upon the world. The whole world has been impacted by the Columbian exchange.

Attempts to assign privilege, prestige and power depending on when people migrated to the Americas is nonsense. Everyone in the Americas have opportunities to benefit from the results of the Columbian Exchange, and everyone is responsible for how effectively they exploit those opportunities.
