The "kit car" at 3:00 is a car built by a guy named Gene Winfield in 1965 he named "The Reactor." It was a show car but was also used in an episode of the original Star Trek series as well as Bewitched. All welded aluminium, basically a Corvair with front wheel drive on a 1962 Citroen id19 chassis with Honda motorcycle headlights.
