Bound to happen in a WOKE city like Edmonton where homeless and drug use is enabled, if not encouraged, by the city govenment. What we need is a justice system that deals with these culls, not a revolving door system which slaps them on the wrist and sends them back out again. Police are doing the best they can with no support from the city or the justice system.

Easy fix for repeat offenders is to publish the names and pictures of Provincial court judges and justices of the peace that turn repeat violent offenders loose on the public. These PROVINCIAL court justices need to be held accountable

I did not once hear anyone specifically say “national issue”. It’s an incompetent, wokified Mayor issue.

Perhaps citizens need to have the full rights to defend themselves because the victims are never late to a crime scene.

Bring the death penalty for crimes committed with weapons.
Bring the death penalty for possessing an illegal/unregistered handgun.
Bring the death penalty for gang membership.
Bring the death penalty for repeat violent offences.
Bring the death penalty for selling drugs.
Bring the death penalty for mass robberies of stores.
This will solve about 80% of the problems.

It could be the result of leniency, or incompetency. Probably both, but hey! We have a new bike path and the one percenters kids get a $500M rec center! I'm sure that $50M our mayor spent on the homeless was worth those feel good projects. 😂

Don't care about Canada crime you need to do your job in Edmonton.

A solution to preventing crime could be for Canadians to create a secondary safety net for children and adults, a human-made mycorrhizal network consisting of apps to ENSURE safe housing, clean water, healthy food, quality education, and full health care for everyone, an online educational and empowering system of government to identify problems and vote on the most logical and ethical solutions, and a community builder simulator for planning future development to be in harmony with the Earth and with each other. So most people could earn a living wage working towards an ensure basic standard of living for everyone, while achieving self actualization in the process.

Possible health, as a result of Canadians losing their freedoms, and loss of trust in the powers that be?
