LCD 16x2 show garbage when switching solenoid/contactor/inductive load on microcontroller/Arduino

Microcontroller resetting on inductive load ,solenoid.

Solution... connect snubber circuit
0.1uf/275v Capacitor and 100ohm resistor in series.
Parallel with contactor/solenoid coil

thanks it's help me so much! i use milar 104/630v capacitor + 100 ohm 2watt resistor .

Same problem what the solution when 4 relay of arduino works from5v so use same values between coils of 4 relays ?

What are the specifications of the capacitor and resistor ? Type and Wattage. Can this solution be applied on motors?

Sir you have provided snubber circuit across coil, In lots of blog suggested snubber accross switching contacts. I have same problem while switching submersible pump. Relay voltage is 12VDC. What should I do? Please replay 🙏
