1/144 High Grade Atlas Gundam Review

Here's the review of the High Grade (Gundam Thunderbolt) Atlas Gundam. It has a lot of articulation and neat decals, but you need to put a lot of effort in it to make it perfect.

It's a rather expensive kit, but with its foil AND clear stickers it ranks well with the other kits of the Thunderbolt series. That said, all the kits of the Thunderbolt series cry out for some painting and detailing beyond a simple bottle of panel-lining fluid; in particular, the yellow plastic is quite translucent and toylike, and should be entirely painted over with a good coat of lacquer, possibly even a lighter, paler shade of yellow for the rail gun components. That said, there are more than enough reviews out there for this kit; it's good to see an honest build. Let's see more of those. Thanks for posting!

It's really good kit with high play-value, despite the design not being likeable in my opinion.
