If you are living in a foreign country-say USA- why does the application ask you about country of residence & then only gives you an option to report a street name in Kenya where you no longer reside-maybe for ages? How do you go about this? If you already had a passport & are just switching to the new one, why do they ask you for your parents info', recommenders & next of kin...everything in Kenya has to just be a cumbersome process even when it can take a 20minute process to get the passport sorted--just my thoughts!!
