I've taken care of many dementia people. So I have a lot of experience with this. Believe whatever you want. His mouth was open like that, cuz that's what they do, period. They get dazed, n a glare in their eyes, n they drop their mouths. They'll also look confused. And sometimes you have to be very careful when they get into a state like that, cuz they can also get violent, even though they don't mean to. But believe whatever you want. The president has had it. He needs to be at home, made comfortable, n relax in his old age.

Dementia definitely, anyone with experience of caring for a dementia patient or family member can see exactly that he is suffering.
