“It’s never gonna feel like the right time” I NEEDED TO HEAR THIS.

Damn that hit hard hard when he said, “I’m good at riding the roller coaster of life, there is no getting it stable, getting it consistent. I just have to get better at surfing the waves. There is no calming them down I’m just becoming a better surfer”

Substance abuse is a huge problem in our generation. The weed, alcohol, nic & caffeine dependency is STRONG 😢

I just wanna say how much I appreciate Leo’s honesty. So many people tip toe around what should/needs to be said.
It’s like a breathe of fresh air.
Thanks Leo!

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: *showing up at someone’s private space uninvited IS NOT bippity boppity boo energy, it’s rickety rockety restraining order energy*

If you like or respect someone, DO NOT leak or use their private information. Even if you love that creator, it’s not that serious and if it is — you either need help from a therapist or something is going that requires police attention. *There is nothing that rises to the level of urgency that requires you to make direct physical contact with that person or show up at their private residence.*

the psychology in me finds it so interesting that as he starts to describe the feeling of the addiction and the way smoking makes him feel “moment to myself” blah blah he adds “delusional ways i convinced myself” and i just find it cool that he can catch a habitual thinking pattern in the moment and correct it toward a new habit. he got some good mental control yall.

I've watched this video 3 days ago. I've been smoking w33d and nicotine for now 3 years, i've had multiple "breaks" and attempts to quit. This video definitely shook some sense into me. I'm 3 days clean now, hoping that it'll stay official. Good luck to everyone who's currently quitting, We're in this together folks❤️🥳

I've tried to quit smoking several times in the past. Watched Leo's video near Jan 1st, 2024, and decided to quit the next day. It's been three months now. I've found myself in situations where I'd normally smoke (out with a friend for a coffee, when I'm stressed, etc). When the craving inevitably comes, I sit with it, and repeat Leo's words to myself, 'it's just a little nicotine craving, get over yourself'. At that moment, I do feel the sting of depriving myself this easy pleasure. But the next day, or that same night, I feel glad that I didn't give in. If anyone's reading this, it'll never be the 'right' time to quit. Start now, and the more distance you put between yourself and that last cigarette, the more you'll want to keep that streak going.

I have just discovered you Leo. I am really into self-development, I read books, listen to many inspiring podcasters and been in therapy for for a couple of years now. But Leo's content is so unique, I think it is his way of expressing himself and delivering his point. I really appreciate your service Leo!

I'm smoking my weed pen watching this and it really resonates with how I've been living now, escaping and feeling like I have no control when I'm the one giving it away.
