GEV130 is the kind of villa you are going for holidays and then you want to stay there for the rest of your life, a place where luxury meets comfort and simplicity. It is situated in Mesochoria of Evia, close to Nea Styra in a very peaceful environment with astonishing views of the sea.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, one of them is an annex right next to the house opposite the pool. The other 4 bedrooms are on the first floor but ideally build to give you a kind of privacy and overlooking at the sea. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, three living rooms (one of them has a pool table) and one dining room. The outdoor area is just a small paradise for all. Enjoy cool dives by the pool or relax in one of the sun loungers. Have a nice breakfast watching the breathtaking sea view while the children play on the fenced garden. Use the BBQ to make a nice dinner and eat all together under the covered terrace.The last 500 m are unpaved road most of them uphill.
The beach is only 600m away with crystal clear water. The coastal village of Nea Styra is 12 km away and it offers you possibilities for shopping, tasting the Greek cuisine in one of the restaurants and have a drink or coffee in one of the coffee bars.
