Which method are you going to try? Or do you have another way that works too? Let me know!

Hi Mariah, great video! As for your Chrome Dino QR code... If you have the QR code as a picture (high resolution) you can put any picture you want over top of the dino just as long as you done damage or brake any of the dots in the QR code. This will still allow it to work. I created one for my business and overlaid our logo onto and it worked just fine.

Thanks for the video. Just saved me some money. Also, ones you save the QR code you can just erase the dinosaur out and it still works.

You can remove the dinosaur in your preferred image editing software and replace it with your own icon, or just leave it blank! I think as long as you don't clash with the pattern you can out pretty much what you want in that space.

I've had issues with Canva's QR code exports in the past. They downloaded okay, but when added to another graphic or even a PDF, the QR code become a solid black square. Ended up having to use Adobe's QR code generator (Free) online. But I liked Canva for the same reasons you mentioned. Maybe you can answer this question. Have you found an ideal pixel size for your final QR code? Something that's standard across multiple uses?
