Learn to cook this healthy green smoothie bowl with our host in this online cooking class.

Ingredients
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen mango or pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup (packed) spinach or kale

Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on high until a smooth consistency with no large pieces remaining.
2. Top it with hemp seeds, granola, coconut flakes and fresh fruit of your choosing.
