1:02 Why do some of the chickens show the flesh without feathers? What's happening?

Great video! Maybe put tops on water buckets.. You got a few wet on a move, and that could be fatal on cold nights.. I wondered why Cornish X never fully feather out, they i raised them and felt the amount of heat those guys generate..

Quite big gaps in the roof sheeting, do you never have problems with mink or martens ?

Great video, interesting to hear you’ve had no issues with predators.
How do the birds react to sustained wet weather? As in northern Ireland on clay soils. Do you think the Salatin style pens would work or what would’ve an alternative?

Hi Richard do you still use the pens with the bike wheels and the electric fencing

Hey! I'm looking to build the same watering system for my 40 chickens :) Can I find some build info anywhere?

Been meaning to ask, did you give up on the other broiler pen design? The lightweight one that sat up off the ground on some large wheels?

Hi Richard I am about to receive my first 50 broilers on Wednesday, quite excited. Since I am still full time working I was wondering if I should move them in the evenings already to safe some time prior my regular work, would that make sense or is there a big difference in the broilers behavior when moving in the morning? Cheers and thanks for some great content.

Richard, are the measurements for the poultry dolly in the book?

I see the Ross 308 is now getting bad write ups due to its quick weight increase,
taking only 5 weeks to grow from 50 gram to 2 kilo.
