STOP WASTING your time in the gym. Too many hoopers have no structure, no purpose, no goal when they are in the gym. Pointless reps, wasteful moves, which leads to NO IMPROVEMENT. This ULTIMATE SCORING WORKOUT will help you transform your scoring abilities.

MAKE SURE you do each drill on both sides, going left and right. I just didn't want to waste time in the video and show same drills both ways. Also try to make at least 5-7 shots each drill. Keep HIGH ENERGY throughout your reps, do not be lazy and waste your time, that will only hurt your game!

Hi coach, I'm an athlete from Brazil and I wanted to ask for two tips, how can I divide my basketball training? Most of the time I train alone and I don't have a 24-hour court to do different training sessions, I should train a specific day for each thing (shooting, finishing and handles) or combine them all, the other question is how can I learn new moves for my bag, can I train even without a court?
