Word on the block is… the agents with listings will survive. Those without will not. So I guess we are all listing agents nowadays!!! Anyways, did y’all hear about the AI (by zip code) comps website?! All homes sold (less incentives—special entries on these) will have to be in their respective zip codes. This will change the game on comps. No more hand selecting by realtors.
