One of the most versatile cooks in the world. It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to watch him on film.

As a Bosnian, Andy, you fucking nailed it. You’re making me miss my childhood 😭

The only thing I would suggest is that the cevapi be a little thinner and longer, and try having it with avjar next time!! It’s a spread made out of capsicum (bell peppers) and it’s soooo good if you pair it with sour cream

Other than that, try it with a slice of thick turkish bread, then wet it a little and toss it on the barbecue until crispy, that’s how my Grandpa used to make it!!

Looks so good mate do ya think you could make a family style Cantonese dinner? Pretty much everything is streamed it is basically just steamed egg steamed fish steamed broccoli doused in oyster sauce and one other random dish? I used to eat this every week with my po po and gung gung and ever since they passed I have a hole in my heart and stomach. I love your vids they keep me sane 😊

As a balkan person i can assure you he absolutely nailed it! I prefer cevap with grated onions in the mix and either beef only or with a beef and lamb 70 to 30 mixture, but it is just personal preference. Also the lepinja was on point as well

this channel has given me more multicultural culinary education than anything else i’ve seen and that’s barely an exaggeration

I need a good recipe for the red pork you see in the window at Chinese shops. I believe that it’s made with pork neck and goes under the guise of char siu or bbq pork. Love the channel. 👍🏼

You need to find proper “kajmak” and “ajvar” for chevapi, it makes it so much better, but you can also have them with other foods as well

I met long lost relatives from Madagascar 🇲🇬 of all places lol 😆. They had a feast planned and the dish that stood out the most was Romazava. (Will check spelling, in my parked car) it's a meaty stew with much flavor, it's rich with leafy vegetables and just a rich filling family dish. They also had a native bread that was also excellent. I have the recipe, but my version was close, but just not the same. I would love to see you do this dish. As a none native experienced chef. It will help me follow your tips. Love the channel and thank you 😊

I love everything about Andy and his Babe. But what I love best is that the recipe is in the description box. Most chefs don't list their recipes.
