Boris Johnson 'worst possible leader at worst possible time', says Starmer

Keir Starmer says the prime minister appears to have broken the law after pictures emerged of him hosting a Christmas quiz in Downing Street while London was under tier 2 restrictions. The Labour leader went on to say Johnson was 'unfit for office', as the UK braces itself for more lockdown restrictions
