This looks like a nice unit especially for uninterrupted power. For backpacking, a battery power supply that can directly supply the CPAP machine appropriate DC voltage will have much less energy loss than this system.

Being able to connect directly to 12 volt batteries was one of the benefits of the Respironics systems.

So the battery powered your Resmed Airsense 10 for over 6 hours with humidification and tube heat on? I want to use this battery as a UPS in case the power goes off in the night for a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset, with humidification on Auto and tube heat around 80 degrees. If the power goes off while I am using my Airsense 10 with the setting as above, and it gives me another 6 hours, that is exactly what I am looking for.

I doubt that small battery can power a CPAP for an average 8 hour sleep.
