Honest review of this simple yet effective program. I was 5'7 and 120 kgs and I dropped from 120 to 90 in 2months, I did a few tweaks though
1. Calculate your bmr and minus 500 calories (that is what you eat per day)
2. Add veggie which makes you full fast like cabbage spinach bell pepper (preferably raw)
3. Watch the saturated fat
4. Do this everyday (start running and focus on building your milage say day 1 to day 7 750mtrs or make be a 1k and gradually increase the distance or duration of your run and make sure you do a little bit of core work and stomach vaccume everyday)
5. Weights first remember (stimulate and don't destroy your body)
6.dont worry if you miss one day or you exceed your caloric goals its fine
7. Give up sugar and reduce sodium
8. Concentrate of recovering

Unless I'm missing it in the App, why can't we log our workouts on it? All I've seen is mention of downloading the templates or using the BodySpace App. Wouldn't it make sense to have one contained within this App?
