Horry County counselor advises parental strategies for managing students' mental health

A new school year can be exciting, but it can also be stressful for some kids. Juggling homework, extra curriculars and a social life is not easy. Adding the pressures of social media and simply growing up, it can be a little overwhelming. That's why a counselor from the Ocean Haven Counseling in Carolina Forest, S.C. is sharing tips for parents on how to keep an eye out for their child's mental health.
