I was so nervous to self tan for a big event (first time ever) especially because my skin is so dry but omg this video was so helpful! Everyone, she is not completely transparent on her “oil before tan” hack. Did you know she applies it in the shower and THEN rinses it off with water? What’s the point of going that big on this “hack”? Oh yeah, because she had once her oil to sell in a Shopify shop and will probably do it again. To me this feels very much like promoting something and not caring about anything else. I did try her oil hack multiple times with different products and it never worked! My tan was less dark than usual and it lasted less. If you do have extra dry skin, this “hack” would probably make sense, but only if you apply the oil at least 12 hours before you apply the tan.

I cant afford to buy the oils right now...i will eventually but is there a lotion you recommend using b4 you tan that hydrates well? I have a lotion made with hemp that i use now.

i used the tanoligist dark tanning foam and it was sticky😭 is there any like pretty cheap tanners that you suggest that arent sticky?
