I am taking a look a the flight feeling for the SR22, using the X-Plane 12 Laminar Research version and the TorqueSim X-Plane 11 version. Spoiler: the flight dynamics felt almost identical to me.

Hi Frank, on the Garmin GTN750 I think you meant your using the Reality XP version right? Real Sim Gear doesn’t sell their own 750 at least from the time I’ve spent there. So I bought this TorqueSim Cirrus, if you buy one of the 3rd party GPS packages for it like the RXP 430, 530, or 750 .. how do you install it into this plane? TorqueSim say they support all the RXP Garmin’s .. but I don’t see any options to use them in the Cirrus menu, and the manual doesn’t say how either, can you help me out here? I bought the RXP 430 and was thinking of getting the 750 too. Thanks!

Are people aware that they can use free camera view to go to street level and look around towns, harbors, anything. This adds a element that is very interesting and extremely detailed. And, fun to do something different with a flight sim. This Is not mentioned in any of the official reviews from X-Plane 12 or reviewers of the flight sim. Give it a try.

Hi Frank, good observation!
In the real-life standby unit (called 'SAM'), and baro changes made to the G1000 automatically get synced with the standby. So that part is correct.
The only thing that is missing in the simulator version is an extra knob to change the standby unit individually in case of G1000 failure. It is mounted in between and slightly below SAM's two small screens.
