If you pass the exams (theorethic and driving test), then it means they are cwaleficed too drive. Just like anybody else. The driving teacher will see your skills. But of course there are many people that have the license that never should drive, not takling spesificly of downs. But there are people like this anywhere, no matter of diagnose. I choose too not take license. I dont have downs. And not any lower IQ than awarage. But I have ADD, and that make my consentration going away sometimes, so I am not cofortable with driving. But I know many with ADD / ADHD who drive whitout a problem
