The back up dancers for Aespa - Drama actually makes sense, especially the part where Karina and Giselle were pointing at them, otherwise they would've gotten an eye or something poked out, that and it goes along with their dance 😭

Backup dancers movements have to be complimentary to help the idols' choreography stand out. It's like... adding visual texture. Sometimes they seem weird because those parts aren't meant to be "pretty" and eye catching.
