Most important thing I learned is to say no and not buy what I can’t afford, the rest well I’m a little slow 😅

3:10 Just NO! You DO NOT have to return the car. You can buyout the lease. Additionally, there are lots of financial advantages to leasing if done right, since you have less liability and the manufacturer/dealer want to eventually sell you the car. For example, taxes can be less since in some states you are taxed against the lease rather than the full value of the car, a lot of your maintenance is included, and they may given you a better warranty. I currently lease a 2022 and my lease with end in 2024. If I buyout the lease, the warranty on the car converts to a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Of course I will more than likely buyout the lease, flip it, and start the process over with another new car. By time it's all said and done, that car will probably have costed me maybe $150-200/mo after buyout and lease and sell it. Just like all other financial matters, you just have to learn the strategies.

*Amazing content. You are still the best! It's been a year since I found ways to improve my finances and by working with a recognized professional, I was able to achieve financial independence. I have to say this; “As long as you have determination and work hard, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.”*

When I get my paycheck from my job I send it to my investment account immediately (I’m still a child so I have no expenses) so that way I’m not tempted to spend the money sitting in my bank account. And as for credit cards, I don’t have one yet and I may not get one bc I live by the mindset of “if I can’t afford it then I can’t buy it”

Slow down. You talk too fast and sometimes it’s hard to follow you.
