SSIA Summit 2022 — Dallal Slimani on Advancing Supply Chain Towards A Greener Future
Показать описание
Looking outside your company’s own walls may feel like a massive undertaking, but it’s essential – and possible. Tackling Scope 3 emissions may be the most challenging for most companies, mainly due to the lack of data, uncertainty over cost, technical feasibility, and proper governance on collaboration.
Being one of the world’s most sustainable companies and having sustainability at the core of our DNA, we can comprehend the semiconductor manufacturers’ challenges. As semiconductor fabs are embarking on a journey towards a greener future, we would like to share what we do in Schneider Electric, leading ESG by example in our ecosystem and being the digital partner for Sustainability and Efficiency for our customers.
Dallal Slimani
Vice President
Semiconductor Segment
Schneider Electric
For over 12 years, Dallal Slimani has been a noteworthy leader driving the sustainability topics with hands on experience in developing & implementing Circular Economy principles in Europe for Schneider Electric: repair, refurbishment, reuse, recycling & reverse logistics, converting the vocation of an industrial site (the first one worldwide) into a control tower for circular supply chain. Presently she is driving the global Semiconductor business for Schneider Electric, bringing with her a wealth of successful track records in transformation and change management in complex environments while leading transversal, cross functional & multicultural teams across various continents. Dallal brings with her an international profile, having spent 23 years in Algeria, 7 years in Sweden, 5 years in France and moving to Singapore recently; speaks fluently in Arabic, Swedish, French & English. Being a strong advocate on sustainability for a better world, Dallal is also a strong supporter of diversity and female leadership in the industrial world; she actively volunteers to advance female leaders to impactful leadership positions.
