X-Shot Insanity Horrorfire Doomsday

At this point I know what to expect from X-Shot - I know it’s going to work pretty well but be flimsy enough that I might worry about how long it’s going to work. X-Shot blasters are best if they are for you, not as loaners to others. They can wear out too quickly. I wish they would up the quality of their plastic a bit.

All that said, love the saw blade spinning, and I would love using the Doomsday in any fun casual stock battle! Especially around Halloween!

Hi there, the Horrofire Insanity blasters look way too much fun! But then, I have found I'm buying way more X-Shot stuff recently too - I have picked up the Lock Blaster, the Caliber and a four pack containing two Reflex 6 and two of the new re-shelled Micro pistols (and man does the Micro have a kick for it's size!). Oh and I also finally picked up the Pro Longshot and was lucky it was dated after October of '23 so should have the thicker plastic....anyway I'm loving all of them. Thx for the video.

3:05 I figured out why this is the case. they use lighter foam, softer heads and squishier foam so they can deliver 80-90fps while staying under the strict joule limit in places like norway and australia. I think DZ are trying to do this too with the new nitroshot heads. I am only half expecting to see the new ntiroshot stuff in aus though and only the full lengths, I will eat a nitroshot dart if the venom pro makes it store shelves in austalia.

Did you think there was a lot of flex with the stock? One reviewer that it was excessive and didn't like the blaster because of it.
