I agree a 100% with everything you said not only that I think it applies to every type of business out there. I think I would have made one change if I may be critical. I would have added a number 6, you must absolutely under every condition get a mentor. We don't know everything and we need somebody to hold us accountable as well as to critique our successes and shortfalls so we become more effective and efficient in them.

#5 was my favorite disadvantage. I actually have pulled back in so many areas of my life for growth and self-development, which lead to starting a company. Now I spend so much of my time learning the industry and handling business that I don't have time for anything/anyone that's not helping me to manifest my goals. The rest of my time goes to my husband and children. It's definitely lonely and different from what I was used to.
