Honestly the men that dont feel like a man anymore ASSUME this is a common feeling. Its not. Ive honestly felt more like men are acting childish nowadays and are confused why they dont get respect. This is due to men historically getting respect for jsut being men, and now they have to actually act like an adult and earn respect, and they honestly have no idea how to do so.

Couldn't be me. I make sure to earn the respect of my peers and my team as soon as I can. And that shit can pnly be earned though actuon, so you have to BE a respectable person, you cant jsut force someone to respect you. Be someone who people WANT to respect.
